We have gained immense expertise in supplying & trading of ERM Pinned Beater, RSK Pinned Beater, and Stationary Flat Top.
We have developed a new C-Cleaner conversion kit for one of our client to improve yarn quality up to 20 per cent in cotton from existing quality. This design gives more support to customers to improve yarn quality because of more stationary flat tops. Autoconer cuts are reduced considerably due to more parallelisation and removal of short fibres.
This design is simple and cost effective. We have also introduced new aluminium suction device with bottom doffer cover and accessories.
We are also engaged in manufacturing and distribution of card clothing products such as all types of Stationary FlatTops, C-cleaners, Combing Segments and Pinned Beater Segments. We also providea competitive erection and mounting service for our card clothing products.
